Cancellation Policy
Studio Booking Policy – Western Music Studios A ₹500 advance is required to confirm all bookings. Pre-bookings only are eligible for discounts. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are fully refundable. No refund for no-shows or late cancellations. Rescheduling allowed up to 4 hours before the session. Sessions begin at the scheduled time, regardless of arrival. Late arrivals will not receive extended time. In case of delays from our end, your time will be compensated. Handle all equipment with care and return items after use. Please maintain cleanliness and respect for the space. Thank you for your cooperation.
