Cancellation Policy
**Admission & Fees** Admission is confirmed after registration and receipt of the required payment. Course fees, inclusions, duration, and any instalment schedule will be shared before enrolment. Instalments must be paid by the agreed dates. **Attendance & Punctuality** Students are expected to attend regularly and arrive on time. Late arrival does not extend the scheduled session. Please inform the academy in advance if you cannot attend. **Missed Classes & Rescheduling** Replacement classes for student absences are subject to availability and prior agreement. Classes cancelled by the academy will be rescheduled. **Practical Learning & Progress** The course includes guided practical learning and assignments. Progress depends on attendance, practice, and assignment completion. Participation in client sessions or live projects depends on availability and client consent. **Studio & Equipment Access** Studio facilities and equipment may be used only during authorised sessions with permission. Additional studio bookings, recording services, software licences, and equipment purchases are included only when expressly stated in the course package. **Projects & Backups** Students should maintain backups of their projects and use properly licensed audio, samples, and software. Client recordings and confidential project files must not be copied, published, or shared without permission. **Conduct & Care** Students must treat staff, fellow students, and equipment respectfully. Food, drinks, smoking, and alcohol are not permitted near studio equipment. Equipment faults or accidental damage must be reported immediately. **Withdrawal & Refunds** Please submit withdrawal requests in writing. Any refund or adjustment will be assessed against the cancellation terms shared before payment, classes delivered, and applicable requirements. If the academy cannot deliver the remaining course, an alternative arrangement or refund for the undelivered portion will be offered. **Completion & Certification** Where certification is included, it is subject to the attendance and assessment requirements shared at enrolment. Employment, paid projects, commercial releases, and income are not guaranteed. **Photos & Recordings** Permission is required before recording classes or other students. The academy will seek consent before using identifiable student photos, videos, or work for promotion.
