1. Booking and Payment

All studio bookings require a minimum advance payment of ₹500.
Full payment must be completed before or immediately after your session.
We accept UPI, online payments, bank transfers, and cash.

2. Cancellation and Refund

Bookings canceled at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.
Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours) are non-refundable.
If we cancel your session for any reason, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.

3. Studio Use & Conduct

Arrive on time to ensure full use of your session.
Any damage to studio property caused by the client will be chargeable.
WM Studios reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate behavior.

4. Content Ownership

Clients retain full rights to their recordings unless otherwise agreed.
WM Studios may request permission to use small clips for portfolio or promotional purposes.

5. Data Privacy

Your session data, recordings, and contact information will be kept confidential.
We do not share or sell any personal data to third parties.

6. Revisions & File Delivery

Final audio/video files will be delivered digitally.
Revisions must be requested within 5 days. Major changes may be chargeable.

7. Website Usage

Do not use our website for unlawful or unauthorized activities.
Content on this site (logos, images, text) is owned by Western Music Records Pvt. Ltd. and may not be reused without permission.

8. Updates

Terms and conditions may be updated without prior notice. Continued use of our site means you accept any changes made.
